Counseling Fees & Insurance - Spring Lake Therapy, Mount Dora

At Spring Lake Therapy, we believe in keeping our pricing transparent and straightforward. We accept several major insurance providers and also offer private pay options for individuals seeking therapy in Mount Dora, Eustis, Tavares, and the surrounding areas. 

Spring Lake Therapy currently accepts the following insurance providers:  

• Aetna  

• Cigna  

• UnitedHealthcare / Optum  

• Oxford  

• Quest Behavioral Health  

• Carelon Behavioral Health  

• Ambetter / Centene

• Florida Blue

We are not able to confirm your exact copay before your appointment, since this amount is determined by your insurance plan and processed through our billing partners (Grow or Headway). For the most accurate information, we recommend contacting your insurance company directly to verify your benefits and copay. 

Private Pay:

For clients without insurance or who prefer not to use it, private pay is available:  

• Individual Therapy: $150 per 60-minute session  

Important Notes:

At this time, Spring Lake Therapy does not provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. If we are not in-network with your insurance, we’re happy to see you on a private pay basis.
